Cherry Zest Coffee (Medium Roast)

Cherry Zest: Single-Origin Guatemalan Medium Roast

Experience the "zing" that settles into a silk-smooth finish. Cherry Zest is a vibrant, single-origin medium roast that perfectly captures the dynamic landscape of Guatemala’s high-altitude volcanic regions. It’s a cup of contradictions: lively yet rich, bright yet deep—designed for the coffee lover who wants complexity without the heavy bitterness

The Flavor Experience

  • Primary Notes: Sun-ripened Black Cherry & Velvety Soft Fudge.
  • The "Zest": A citrusy, lemon-like acidity that keeps the palate refreshed.
  • The Body: A smooth cocoa foundation that provides a satisfying, weighted finish.

From the Volcanic Slopes of Guatemala

Sourced from the legendary coffee-growing regions of Huehuetenango and Antigua, these beans are grown in mineral-rich volcanic soil and processed using the washed method for maximum clarity.

We’ve curated a specific blend of three heirloom varietals to achieve this balance:

  • Bourbon: The source of the blend’s natural sweetness and red fruit notes.
  • Typica: Adds a clean, sophisticated structure and lingering complexity.
  • Caturra: Provides that signature "Cherry Zest" brightness and citrus vibrancy.

Brew the Perfect Cup

Because these beans are dense and grown at high altitudes, they respond beautifully to precision brewing. Cherry Zest is 100% Arabica whole bean coffee, ensuring maximum freshness for every grind.

  • Pour-Over (Hario V60 / Chemex): Best for highlighting the black cherry and citrus acidity.
  • French Press: Accentuates the soft fudge body and cocoa richness.
  • Drip Machine: Produces a consistently bright, "all-day" drinkable brew.
